The incident has been resolved.

The issue has been identified and resolved. Some servers were running out of RAM at the same time as a large number of big queries came in. We've updated the configuration so that this is less likely to happen in the future.

We can now provide at least once-an-hour updates to paid customers again, and will probably also include free customers who regularly open the dashboard to this as well, while working on restoring real-time for as many of our customers as possible. In the meantime, we'll communicate the current ingestion mode for your namespace directly in the dashboard.
